Swartkops Airforce Base Photoday Marvel
This past Saturday, I embarked on a daring mission to the Swartkops airforce Base, armed with my trusty camera, on a quest to capture the airborne wonders soaring through the sky. I must say, it was an adventure of epic proportions! Amongst the chaotic dance of the Puma and graceful flight of the Harvard, I managed to wield the legendary Canon RF400mm 2.8 lens, the holy grail of optical mastery. This lens is the stuff of legends!
Faster than a Gripen (Which we did not see of course), lighter than a feather, and sharper than a witty comeback. As a Prime lens, it has its limitations but these limitations can also be fun, it forces you to look at things differently. But let me tell you, when it hits the mark, it’s pure gold! My favorite shots turned out to be mesmerizing, a mix of art and technology colliding in the most spectacular way possible. Now, I find myself eagerly awaiting the next aerial spectacle to unleash the full potential of this marvel once again!
